If you build it, he will come?

My mom came over a few weeks ago and helped me get me nursery all decorated and ready for the baby. Poor Max, he never had a nicely decorated room. He is happy though, he now gets to sleep on the top bunk of the castle in Gove's room. The transition was actually pretty easy because he was so excited about watching his daddy finish the railings for his bed and was thrilled with his brand new big boy mattress. Gove and Max now share a room and a castle bed and are both sleeping there through the night - most of the time. Back to the post title - the baby's room is all ready for him, but when will he come? Only eight more days until he is due! We can't wait.

None of these are great pictures, but they give the general idea of what the room looks like. My mom gave me the cute, antique cradle for Christmas. She painted the words, "Sweet dreams, Sweet baby James" on the top rail.

Again, the cradle and also the crib. Both Gove and Max's blessing outfits are hanging in the corner.

Rocking chair and crib - all the blank space above the chair and crib will soon be filled by photos of the baby.

These big brothers jump for joy and can't wait for the new baby brother.

We are pretty darn excited too ! Let me know if there is anything you need - dinner, babysitting, etc. We're just down the street and are always more than happy to help : )

I can't believe you couldn't guess the movie ! It's Willie Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. He's singing the Oompa Loompa song !
