So big...

That James, he is so big! He forgot he was a baby when he was about 4 weeks old and has decided he needs to be one of the big boys. He loves to be with the big boys and is irritated that he can't do all that they do. I keep telling him to enjoy being a baby, but he just wants to be big. He's also a bit of a grump at times, partly because of a tummy ache and partly because he is frustrated at not being able to do what he wants. He is already trying to reach for things with his clenched and shaking little hands. The look of concentration on his face when he does this is hilarious. He also loves to stand in my lap and "read" my shirt if it has an interesting graphic on it. He likes to sit in his bumbo and watch the boys play. I think he thinks he is playing with them! He smiles and coos at me to get my attention when I'm holding him, but not talking to him. He's basically an all-around genius of a baby! Maybe I'm partial...
