Thanks!

A couple of weekends ago, my dad came down to visit our little baby James. He left home at 3 am Friday and arrived here at about 3pm. He met baby James and then he and Shane took the boys to pick out a toy surprise. Gove picked Lego Star Wars for all of the grandboys and was thrilled with his choice. (he has played with them every day since) That evening we went out to dinner with a bunch of rowdy boys and a crying little baby. Saturday morning my dad and brothers came over and helped Nolan put baseboards in our house. Hooray! I am so grateful for their willingness to help when we need it. They are always happy to do whatever they can for us. Even on such a short trip and with his motorcycle injuries (don't know what the old man is thinking riding a motorcycle), my dad didn't hesitate to help. Neither did my brothers even though they are busy guys who were in the middle of their college finals. After they called it a day, we went to Tyler and Kami's for a BBQ and enjoyed the food and company. I really enjoyed having Kami hold and take care of James - he doesn't like just anybody, but he likes her! We kissed Dad/grandpa goodbye as he would be leaving early the next morning. The boys sure love it when Grandpa Doug comes for a visit! Thanks dad, Tyler, Shane and of course Nolan - I love having baseboards!
